Aerotek is hiring for a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic in the greater Cincinnati, OH area. This position will be working at an industrial manufacturing facility near Cincinnati. It is highly preferred that the candidate comes in with experience working at an industrial facility. Details:Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Mechanic Pay: $25-$30/hr Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday Location: Cincinnati, OH Status: Full-time & long term Description:Job duties :

• Working under the supervision of maintenance supervisors and the site lead to keep the property's facilities equipment up and running
• Work orders and preventative maintenance on the following equipment:
  • HVAC - Rooftop units, chillers (up to 200 tons), split systems, gas heaters, mini-splits, exhaust fans and more
  • Plumbing - sink, toilets, drains
  • Dock equipment - locks, overhead doors, springs
  • Interior lighting - changing bulbs, ballasts
  • Painting - patching and painting entire wallsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience in an industrial setting
    • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
