Your Role at Baxter

The purpose of this position is to support testing within the Test Services Electrical Lab. Primary responsibilities include performing tests according to established test procedures, test protocols or applicable regulatory agency.

What you'll be doing

• Completes work you're leading on time with mentorship and support.
• Able to apply electrical technical competencies in order to solve problems.
• Gains experience by exposure, doing, observing, and delivering with close supervision.
• Documents status and results accurately using good documentation practices.
• Capable of using handheld and bench test equipment to obtain test data.
• Contributes positively to team decisions and actions.
• Works primarily within the individual's technical subject area.
• Provides clear and accurate data regarding product and process measurable.
• Applies new technical tools and concepts under the direction of others.
• Seeks guidance from more experienced individuals to improve quality of deliverables.
• This role does not have supervisory responsibility.
  What you'll bring
  
  • AAS Degree (preferably in an electronic technical areas), or Equivalent work experience required.
  • 2+ years of Technical Experience, or Comparable Experience
  • Strong Organizational and Communication Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills With the Ability to Work Collaboratively With Others in a diverse team environment
  • Proficient Problem Solving Skills
  • Adaptable to Change
  • Solid Understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Displays Curiosity about Technology, Industry and Competitive Benchmarks
    We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $33,000 to $76,000. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
