THERAPY TECHNICIAN STUDENT: This job exists as a temporary position
for RCP students enrolled in an accredited Respiratory Therapy
School until they obtain their limited permit from the State
Medical Board of Ohio. RCP students who do not obtain the limited
permit within department specified time frames will no longer be
eligible to remain in this job category. Under the direction of the
Medical Director this individual will assist licensed respiratory
care practitioners in patient care settings appropriate to their
level of training and competency - see stipulations identified in
the performance measures and standards. Duties may include
developing assessment skills under the direction of a licensed RCP,
cleaning and assembling department equipment, EKGs, and providing
licensed RCP's with necessary supplies.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
