Job Description:
Job Overview:Project Managers report to the Manager of
Construction Operations and to the Manager of Facilities Planning
and are responsible for the implementation, coordination and
control of all activities for capital improvement projects in
accordance with the Facilities Mission Statement. Typical projects
range from $5,000 to $5,000,000.Job Requirements:Bachelor's
Degree--Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of DegreeJob
Responsibilities:Works to keep projects on schedule and under
budgetWorks Closely with customers as part of the project
teamManages projects in accordance with the Facilities Mission
statementDocuments projects by maintaining organized files and
reportsScrutinizes expenditures, proposals, bids and change
