Description:We are seeking an experienced in-house HVAC technician to complete work orders and be responsible for preventative maintenance and new installs.Requirements:Skill sets should include:-- 5+ Years of Commercial HVAC experience-- Universal certifications-- Boiler and Chiller experience is a plus-- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills-- Basic computer skills, including email and SmartSheets is a plus-- Experience with older buildings is a plus-- Must be organized and maintain a clean work space-- Daily communication with the office manager on job progress and supply needs-- Reports to management upon job completion or when problems/discrepancies occur-- Adheres to established policies and procedures, paying particular attention to safety regulations-- Must have the ability to work on and support a team, basic computer skills and email knowledge, effective time management skill and the ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbsWe offer: 401(K)401(K) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirementVision insuranceFull Time position - no contract workCompensation details: 35-35 Hourly WagePI17b1869ae6af-25660-34612677
