Job Description:

Description:We are seeking an experienced in-house HVAC technician to complete work orders and be responsible for preventative maintenance and new installs.Requirements:Skill sets should include: - 5+ Years of Commercial HVAC experience - Universal certifications - Boiler and Chiller experience is a plus - Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills - Basic computer skills, including email and SmartSheets is a plus - Experience with older buildings is a plus - Must be organized and maintain a clean work space - Daily communication with the office manager on job progress and supply needs - Reports to management upon job completion or when problems/discrepancies occur - Adheres to established policies and procedures, paying particular attention to safety regulations - Must have the ability to work on and support a team, basic computer skills and email knowledge, effective time management skill and the ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs
