Duration: Approximately 5-6 weeks
Pay: $25-$30 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are hiring 10 skilled General Laborers for a commercial construction project in Springfield, Ohio, starting May 12, 2025. While the primary focus is on installing metal wall panels and associated trim, laborers will also assist with a variety of general construction tasks as needed on an active job site.

Duties Include:

Installing metal wall panels and associated trim


Assisting carpenters, installers, and other tradespeople


Material handling and job site cleanup


Operating basic hand and power tools


Supporting layout and prep work


Following all site safety protocols



Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of construction experience


Experience with metal panel installation is a plus


Must have own tools and personal protective equipment (PPE)


Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Reliable, punctual, and hardworking


Strong focus on safety and quality of work
