Job Description:
Regional Distribution Sales Manager Location: Ohio Salary: 95-110k per year Job I.D.: 170518 The Ross-Carlisle Group has been tasked by a leading automation manufacturer to find a Regional Distribution Sales Manager. This position can be based out of Cleveland, Dayton, Cincinnati , Indianapolis, Columbus or Northern Kentucky and will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of area distributors to maximize sales within the region. Primary Responsibilities: The Chosen candidate will work closely with Companys various Sales Team Components to maximize the effectiveness of distribution partners. Real work with Distributors to create strategic marketing plans aimed to increase sales growth that includes current and new clients. Will work with distributors to set achievable sales growth targets Requirements: A BS in Engineering is preferred along with 5 to 10 years of automation industry experience that includes an extensive background in sales. Excellent Communication Skills; written and verbal Distributor & Representative Management and Support skills Heavy Motion Application knowledge and experience (i.e. servos, VFDs, PLC/HMI, sensors, etc.) Microsoft Office, CRM & Outlook Must be willing to travel 50% of the time Salary: Pay is up to 110k per year bonus eligible along with competitive benefits. Relocation package is available.
