SUMMARY This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of the Sales relationship lifecycle. The position directly works with Sales, Agency Operations, Marketing and Training to validate contract execution and documentation, ensures proper policy and procedures management, leads data integrity in Salesforce and coordinates partner incentive programs, as well as other ad hoc assignments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains proper internal controls with respect to process and procedures of agent/agency contracts, commission addendums, product and state authority and incentive compensation. Maintains the data integrity of agency partnerships within Salesforce and other system applications. Continuous improvement of Salesforce utilization, quality, and consistency.Strategize with Sales on Incentive Programs and Marketing campaignsAssist where needed in the communication of product changes, incentive programs, Underwriting bulletins, etc. Provide predeveloped training to new and existing agents on system capabilities, product coverages and features and Underwriting workflows as neededApply self-motivation skills to complete projects while effectively prioritizing workloadMaintain knowledge of department reference documents.Work extended hours to meet demands as needed. Conform to proper business etiquette and company guidelines with a positive attitude.Additional administrative duties as assigned.
