for a team of SDRs and BDRs that drive $75M+ in annual pipeline
from new & existing customers for new business, x-sell & upsell of
Vector Solutions products.Proficiency in managing SAAS marketing
funnel metrics in salesforce including: Activity tracking, MQLs,
SQLs, SALs, SAOs and closed won opportunitiesAnalyze pipeline data
and draw business insights. Make business decisions based on the
data and optimize conversions and overall ROI of programs and the
teamManage teams across multiple verticals including Commercial,
Education and Public SectorThe leader will excel at driving
repeatable pipeline, building world-class teams and partnering
closely with Sales and Marketing to solve new Go-To-Market
challengesSeasoned manager who thrives in a dynamic environment,
has a consistent record of driving high pipeline growth and moves
quickly to build structure and process. You will lead a team of
SDR/BDRs who are responsible for inbound and outbound prospecting
and interaction with companies via cold calling, email, and
marketing campaigns. The team will generate qualified sales
accepted leads to fuel the sales pipeline. You will play a key role
as you lead/manage this highly visible and motivated team that
achieves individual, team and organizational goals.
Responsibilities:Drive opportunities & pipelines in support of
annual bookings planHire, Train, and Manage teams across market
segmentsLead hiring, onboarding, training, coaching and development
of a team of young professionals in sales developmentMotivate
Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular
sharing of results, and creative incentivesWork closely with Sales
Management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and
messaging to drive appointment setting for new businessManage,
track, and report on all sales activities (closed loop feedback)
and results using Salesforce.com Identify and make recommendations
for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency,
ProductivityConducts workforce planning and productivity
reviewsWork closely with marketing leadership on inbound lead
qualification process and further development of lead
managementCollaborate with sales leaders to design and execute
outbound campaigns for pipeline developmentActively partner with
the sales enablement team to build and implement plans to
continuously improve sales productivityAccountable for accurate
forecast monthly, quarterly, and annually; establish and mange data
and supporting metricsProvide call coaching, prospecting, and
messaging structure and guidanceManage capacity planning and
promotion cycles in partnership with Business Operations,
Recruiting and People teamsCreate an open and inclusive
environment, build a results-driven culture of accountability and
transparency
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in software/SaaS sales or SDR/BDR
management with a consistent proven track record of over
achievement of sales expectationProficiency in SAAS marketing
funnel metrics: Activity tracking, MQLs, Opportunities, SQLs, SALs
etcDemonstrated experience and success building quality sales
pipeline for B2B SaaS business Deep understanding of demand
generation, inbound and target account outbound strategiesSkilled
at business planning and diligent at measuring and communicating
progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks, and coming up
with appropriate solutionsHighly self-motivated and organized.
Excellent time management skillsQuantitative skills to make
data-driven decisions and drive ongoing performance management
towards goalsCreative mindset and can-do attitudeSalesforce
experience is a must. Other prospecting tools such as Outreach,
LinkedIn Sales Navigator are a plus.4-year College degree required
