join our commercial sector team. This position will be responsible
for developing new business by calling on senior management
(Director, Vice President, C-Level Executives, etc.) and selling
online continuing education (CE) and professional development
training solutions via web conference and phone.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop new business and upsell existing
accounts to prospect, qualify and close salesIncrease penetration
within existing accounts to drive new revenue streamNetwork
successfully to drive new opportunities, sales presentations,
web-ex demonstrations and handle contract negotiationAchieve sales
goals as set by management and be able to work
independentlySUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position does not
have any supervisory requirements
Requirements:
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIESA proven sales track record and
demonstrated ability to close the saleStrong written and verbal
communication skillsFun, entrepreneurial spiritEDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCERequiredBachelor's degree in Sales, Business
Administration, or relevant field preferred1-2 years' experience in
business to business (B2B), SaaS sales highly
preferredPreferredFamiliarity with CRM softwareProfessional sales
experience selling to both high-level decision makers and
influencersPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSProlonged periods of sitting at a
desk and working on a computerMay occasionally lift up to 15
