Job Description Infocus in Erlanger, KY is looking for one front desk agent to join our 9 person strong team. We are located on 3970 Turkeyfoot Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer and screen phone calls Organize and schedule meetings as needed Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources Qualifications Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner Time-management and organizational skills We are looking forward to receiving your application.
