Job Description:

Summary Sales coordinator who is eager to join a growing company and exceed goals by supporting the sales team with general support, data management in CRM, maintaining current customer information as well as regulatory and sample request submissions with some customer development responsibilities (including management of House accounts) with efficiencies and coordination with the sales team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the daily administrative tasks to support data management with the outside sales team. The qualified candidate will work cohesively within the sales organization, by creating and maintaining customer records, regulatory & sample requests and CRM project tracking as well as supporting business development and lead tracking for all FP products. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Day to day responsibility of supporting assigned customer requests and leads while working internally to track efficiencies with order and regulatory communications, pending samples requests, order follow-up, etc.
  • Qualification and assignment of new business opportunities based on in-coming sales leads, while responding to new requests and entering information in the CRM.
  • Responsiveness to sales regarding customer regulatory and sample requests and tracking progress.
  • Consistent communication with accounts/new sales leads to identify opportunities to grow the business, and relay new product information and/or promotions.
  • Work closely with all cross functional teams: Marketing, R&D, Customer Service, Production and Planning teams to deliver based on customer needs.
  • Work with the outside sales team to support internal activities while being an advocate for our customers within the organization.
  • Management and growth of "House" accounts which includes issuing E-Blasts through CRM.
  • Swing cross reference numbers based on regulatory requirements.
  • Upload of tradeshow leads into CRM.
  • Upload of price records into Sage.
  • Entry of First Time Orders and Supply Chain Notification's in conjunction with customer service.

        Education and/or Experience
        • Bachelor's Degree or and/or equivalent work experience, with preferably a minimum of 5 years' sales or business development experience
        • An excellent listener and can also be assertive, persistent, and persuasive.
        • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
        • MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint skills are a must.
        • Ability to thrive in a high-energy and fast-paced work environment.
