As a nationally recognized airport for excellence in operations and innovation, we offer a collaborative and supportive work environment that values integrity, service, and community.About the Position The airport seeks a custodian to join one of our most vital front-line teams to replace a recently promoted employee. Our custodial crew plays an important role in enhancing the customer experience by keeping facilities clean and occasionally answering questions from the public. Typical job duties include: cleaning restrooms, removing trash, cleaning windows, vacuuming floors, operating buffers, sweepers, and strippers, snow removal and ice prevention,keeping outside areas clean,keeping garage elevators clean,and mixing basic cleaning chemicals to specifications. Strong candidates will exhibit a willingness to learn, previous custodial experience, excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, and work well with others. Compensation This position starts at $15.05/hour, more for validated experience. Employees are eligible for promotion to Custodian II once they demonstrate the ability to complete all tasks and operate the required machinery. Custodian II starts at $16.28/hour. You could earn a $750 bonus every quarter!
